We offer the ability to conference via a unique telephone conference system. Our system is the same type utilized by the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. It allows us to break parties out for confidential conferences in their own virtual room. So, if a party wishes to discuss a matter privately, we can split those individuals out where they may speak to one another privately. Or, we can place all the attorneys in a room to discuss logistics. Then, when the parties are ready, they “raise their hands” (press *3) and we can return them to the “main room”.
