Born and raised in Daytona Beach, Mr. Budgen has practiced law in the Orlando metropolitan area for close to two decades. He has litigation, transactional, general civil and business experience. His litigation experience includes tens of jury trials.

Before his law career, Mr. Budgen worked for several technology companies, worked as an intern at OPAD, a White House agency, and other businesses large and small. He brings those real-world work and business experience to his law and mediation practice.

After law school, he worked as an associate at the largest technology specialty law firm in Florida and as an Assistant State Attorney. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Business from Northwestern University. He earned his law degree and a Master’s degree in Management from Syracuse University.

Mr. Budgen is a member of MENSA, a prior Director of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Mr. Bugden is an approved mediator with the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) program and is also a Florida Certified Circuit Civil mediator.
