Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) with Bankruptcy Court (Orlando Division)

$500 for the first 2 hours of MMM (minimum of 2 hours), as set by local administrative order
Fees split evenly between debtor/borrower and lender/servicer

All Other Mediations

Hourly rate of $350 for two party cases
Initial $350 includes 2 hours of mediation or two 1-hour mediation sessions
Each hour thereafter is $350 per hour
Fees are inclusive of clerical services, long distance phone charges, copying, facsimile and postage costs.
